14. Google AdWorks

We use the online advertising program “Google AdWords” and conversion tracking as part of Google AdWords. Google Conversion Tracking is an analysis service provided by Google Inc, 600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (Google Inc). If you click on an advertisement placed by Google, a conversion tracking cookie will be placed on your computer. These cookies lose their validity after 30 days, contain no personal data and are therefore not used for personal identification. If you visit certain Internet pages on our website and the cookie has not yet expired, we and Google can see that you clicked on the ad and were redirected to this page. Every Google AdWords customer receives a different cookie. This means that there is no way that cookies can be tracked via the Internet pages of AdWords customers. The information that is obtained with the help of the conversion cookie is used to generate conversion statistics for AdWords customers who have opted for conversion tracking. Here, customers find out the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page with a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not receive any information with which users can be personally identified. If you do not want to participate in tracking, you can object to this use by preventing the installation of cookies by setting your browser software accordingly (deactivation option). You will then not be included in the conversion tracking statistics. You can find more information and Google's privacy policy at: www.google.de/policies/privacy/. In doing so, YouTube is informed which specific page of our website you have visited, even if you do not have a YouTube profile or are not currently logged into YouTube. This information (including your IP address) is sent directly from your browser to a YouTube server in the USA and stored there. If you are logged in to Youtube, Youtube can immediately assign your visit to our website to your account. If you are also logged into your YouTube account, you would enable YouTube to assign your surfing behavior directly to your personal profile.

You can find more information about the collection and use of your data by YouTube in the information on data protection there at https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=de&gl=de

If you are a YouTube member and do not want YouTube to collect data about you via our website and link it to your membership data stored on YouTube, you must log out of YouTube before visiting our website.

Through this integration, Instagram receives the information that your browser has accessed the corresponding page of our website, even if you do not have an Instagram profile or are not currently logged into Instagram. This information (including your IP address) is sent directly from your browser to an Instagram server in the USA and stored there. If you are logged in to Instagram, Instagram can directly assign your visit to our website to your Instagram account. The information is also published on your Instagram account and shown to your contacts there. The purpose and scope of the data collection and the further processing and use of the data by Instagram as well as your rights and setting options for the protection of your privacy can be found in Instagram's data protection information: https://help.instagram.com/155833707900388/

Cookies are used to store personal information (e.g. IP address, which websites you have visited). This personal data, including your IP address, is transferred to Google Inc. and stored there. You can prevent the setting of cookies at any time by means of a corresponding setting in the Internet browser used and thus (permanently) object to the setting of cookies. COOKIE POLICY

1. Introduction

Our website at ... (“Website”) uses cookies and similar technologies (for the sake of simplicity, all of these are collectively referred to as “cookies”).

2. What are cookies?

A cookie is a simple, small file that is sent together with the pages of an Internet address and can be saved by the web browser on the PC or other device. The information stored therein can be sent to our servers or those of relevant third-party providers during subsequent visits.

3. What are scripts?

A script is part of the program code that enables our website to function properly and interactively. This code is executed on our server or on your device.

4. Consent

When you visit our website for the first time, we will show you a pop-up with an explanation about cookies. As soon as you click on "Save settings", you give us your consent to use all of the categories of cookies and plugins you have chosen, as described in this cookie statement.

Functional cookies are automatically preset. You can see this by the cross in the box.

The other cookies can or do not have to be allowed.

Cookies can also be managed via the browser settings. Each browser differs in the way it manages cookie settings. This is described in the help menu of every browser, which explains how you can change your cookie settings. You can find these for the respective browser under the following links:

Cookies are used (e.g.) to support:

when saving products that you have added to the shopping cart or wish list;
during an order so that you do not have to re-enter this data;
when saving preferences such as language or location;
when optimizing integrated video ads,
when recording your browser settings in order to optimally display our website on your screen or
when detecting misuse of our websites and services (e.g. through multiple registrations).
The following content can be logged:

It is used to safeguard our legitimate interest in the optimization and economic operation of our website (Art. 6 Paragraph 1 f GDPR) or because you have consented to its use (Art. 6 Paragraph 1 a GDPR). Most of the cookies used are deleted from the hard drive at the end of the browser session (so-called session cookies). Other cookies remain on your computer and enable us to recognize your computer on your next visit (so-called long-term cookies). These cookies are used to greet you with your user name and make it unnecessary to re-enter the password or fill out forms with your data for subsequent orders. Third parties outside the company are not permitted to collect, process or use personal data using cookies via our website. You can set your browser so that you are informed about the setting of cookies. You can then decide on a case-by-case basis whether or not to accept cookies as a matter of principle. If you do not accept cookies, the functionality of our website, in particular our internet shop, may be restricted.
